Scott Bain and I were talking about TDD, Patterns, and agile techniques and how they tend to mitigate against over-design... but not always.  This lead to a discussion of design, risk, and how they relate.  We decided to blog it, and we'd like to hear other opinions, if we're off our nut, etc...
