We are looking for a new team member to join our development team.  Our programmers are involved in all phases of development: collaborating directly with top notch engineers, designing program features, creating user interfaces, writing new code, updating existing code, and aiding in testing. 

Technical qualifications:

• BS in computer science or related college degree
• Strong C# and object oriented programming skills
• Experience in web development and database design
• Experience in C++ is beneficial
• Math or engineering background is desirable

Personal qualifications:

• A desire to work in a self driven fun environment where insight and input on projects is taken seriously and recognized.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
• Capable of taking ownership of a major functional area and delivering results.
• Ability to creatively troubleshoot software problems
• A general talent at effectively coming up to speed in things that are completely new or not a core competency
• Willing to assume varied responsibilities as needed
• Able to work effectively with other technical and non-technical team members
