QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Training:
BS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience highly desired
Prior Related Experience:
2 years experience as a Senior Software Developer on a public facing web site
1 year experience developing content management tools and processes
Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities:
Work with team of developers in building a web based online game on a fixed schedule. Rebuild a functional prototype system into a scalable .NET Web Application that can be deployed for high volume public usage. The prototype will be functionally spec’d and use cases supplied to the dev and QA teams. The system will require development of a SQL Server database, a processor service, a transaction validation .dll, web services for user authentication and processing game moves, and a web application that will interface with a flash UI that will be developed outside of the project team.

Required:
3-5 years working with Microsoft Visual Studio
3-5 years working with Microsoft .NET Framework
3-5 years working with C#
3-5 years working with Web Services.
3-5 years working with XML, XPath, XSLT and XML Schemas
3-5 years working with XML-based content management systems on a highly available public facing website
3-5 years working with ASP.NET
3-5years working with Object Oriented software
3-5 years working with relational database systems
3-5 years working with SQL.
Highly Desired:
1+ years XML-FO
1+ years working with Microsoft SQL Server
1-2 years working with ADO or ADO.NET
1-2 years working with COM in C++
1-2 years working with COM+ or MTS
Preferred:
1+ years working with VBScript and Microsoft Windows Script objects
1+ years working with SAX, RDF, RSS, and/or Atom years working with SOAP
1+ style Webservices or REST style webservices
Previous experience migrating from ASP to ASP.NET
